Please complete the form below to register your puppies. All litters will be vetted and approved by us before going live. There is a registration fee of £10 per litter payable by credit/debit card upon submission.
I confirm that the above details are correct and that I am totally responsible for the sale and well-being of any puppies resulting from the register and will abide by the SWGRC Breeding Code of Conduct.
I also confirm that where dogs are in joint ownership both owners are members of the SWGRC.
The SWGRC accepts no responsibility for any puppies placed on this register.
I undertake to inform the Co-ordinator when all puppies are sold and if unable to assist an enquirer will redirect them back to the list or to the Co-ordinator.
I will provide copies of relevant certificates if requested by the Co-ordinator.
I confirm that neither the Sire or Dam are endorsed ‘Progeny not to be Registered’ .
I confirm my agreement to the SWGRC Conditions of Operation of the Puppy Register.
